Terms of Use

By creating an account or using WristRotation, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service.

WristRotation is a personal watch collection tracking tool. It allows you to catalog your watches, log wear history, track timekeeping accuracy, and record market values.

The service is provided “as-is” and “as-available.” We make no guarantees regarding uptime, availability, accuracy of features, or preservation of data beyond our reasonable best efforts.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are limited to one account per person.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Do not share your password with others.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@wristrotations.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

When using WristRotation, you agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, other user accounts, or underlying systems.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or extract data from the service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service, servers, or networks connected to the service.
• Upload malicious files, viruses, or other harmful content.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you input. We do not verify or validate watch details, serial numbers, or valuations.

You retain full ownership of the data you enter into WristRotation, including your watch collection details, wear logs, accuracy measurements, market values, and notes. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.

You may at any time:

• Export all of your data as JSON from Settings › Data & Privacy.
• Delete specific data categories or your entire account from Settings.

The WristRotation application — including its source code, design, user interface, branding, and written content — is the copyrighted property of Tilted Associates, LLC. All rights are reserved.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the application or its code.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the service.
• Use the WristRotation name, logo, or branding without prior written permission.

WristRotation is a personal tracking tool, not a financial advisory service. Specifically:

• Market values displayed in the app are user-provided estimates. They are not professional appraisals and should not be treated as such.
• The app does not provide investment advice, valuation services, or recommendations to buy, sell, or hold watches.
• Any financial decisions you make based on data in this app are your sole responsibility.
• We are not liable for financial losses resulting from reliance on data displayed in or exported from the app.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tilted Associates, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising out of or in connection with your use of WristRotation.

Without limiting the above, we are not liable for:

• Data loss or corruption, regardless of cause.
• Service interruptions, outages, or downtime.
• Inaccurate data, whether entered by you or derived by the app.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

The service is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before or at the time of termination, except in cases of severe or repeated violations.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon deletion, all of your data is permanently removed as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify users via an in-app notification or email. The “Effective date” at the top of this page indicates when the terms were last revised.

Continued use of WristRotation after a terms update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you should stop using the service and delete your account.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of WristRotation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California.
