- Is there a free trial?
- There's no separate trial — the free plan is the trial. You can track up to three active watches for as long as you like, with no credit card, and upgrade whenever your collection outgrows it.
- How does billing work?
- Pro is $49/year (or $4.99/month) and renews automatically at the end of each period. Payments are handled securely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.
- Can I cancel?
- Anytime. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep Pro access until the end of the period you've already paid for. After that your account returns to the free plan — your data stays intact and read-only where Pro features applied.
- Do you offer refunds?
- Customers in the EU and UK have a 14-day no-questions refund from the date of purchase. Outside those regions, reach out and we'll do our best to make it right. See our refund & cancellation policy for details.
- What happens to my data if I downgrade?
- Nothing is deleted. Watches beyond the free limit and Pro-only history become read-only rather than removed, and your full JSON export and account deletion stay available on every plan.
